Love Dubrovnik Take 2 ? how does it feel to?

The weather is still beautiful here in Dubrovnik, and on Wednesday evening we wandered through the Old Town and followed our noses until we discovered this beautiful bar tucked into the side of the cliff where you could sit with a cold drink and look out at the stunning views. It was down a secret passage which didn?t look like much, but brought you out into a magical atmosphere, helped by the relaxing songs playing on the sound system.

The next day we caught the boat to the small island of Kolocep to check out a restaurant called Villa Ruza. The island doesn?t have a lot on it, but if you keep walking past the touristy bit, you get to these beautiful gates which lead you to the restaurant. It was one of the loveliest meals I?ve had. The staff were so lovely and friendly and each meal was scrumptious. I had olives and feta to start and a main dish of pasta and other tasty sounding ingredients for main course. All washed down with a delicious Pina Colada. It was quite quiet, but began filling up round 2 and it felt like our own private restaurant. We were allowed to plug our ipod into their speakers, so we relaxed with lovely food and drinks and our own set list playing in the background. The boat ride to Kolocep is half an hour from Dubrovnik but absolutely worth it.
